The Farmington Elementary School Science Fair is coming on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 27TH, 2025.
THE F.E.S. SCIENCE FAIR IS OPEN TO ALL STUDENTS IN KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 5TH GRADE.
All interested students are encouraged to participate. Science fair projects at the K, 1st, and 2nd grade levels are often models, demonstrations, or collections; however, some students choose to do experiments. Science fair projects at the 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade levels are experiments that use the scientific method and follow certain guidelines.
WHY SHOULD YOU PARTICIPATE IN THE SCIENCE FAIR?
The Science Fair is a creative and fun process. You will learn about science in a way that is interesting to you!
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SCIENCE FAIR?
There will be a parent Science Fair help session on Wednesday, January 8th, 2025 from 6–6:30 pm at F.E.S. in the Fishbowl which will provide additional information about the science fair and is a great place to ask questions about projects, registration, or the Science Fair. *Wednesday, January 8, 2025 from 6:00-6:30pm - Science Fair Parent Help Session in the Fishbowl at F.E.S.
*Friday, January 24, 2025 - Registration forms Due!
*Wednesday, February 26, 2025 - Project drop off at F.E.S. 2:45-4:00pm
*Thursday, February 27, 2025 - F.E.S. Science Fair
HOW TO REGISTER:
